Christian in Corporate exists for the believer who spends most of their waking life in a secular workplace and has quietly wondered whether God is interested in any of it. He is. And you were sent there on purpose.
Mary Mosope Adeyemi
Mary spent nearly two decades in corporate banking and finance, across global institutions including investment banks, before moving into career development, leadership development and ministry. She knows the deadlines, the politics, the performance reviews, and the particular loneliness of being the only person in the room praying before a meeting.
She teaches from the intersection of both worlds: the demands of a serious professional environment, and the cost of obedience when God asks you to release something you built. She calls herself Chief Steward rather than founder, because none of this is hers to own, it is hers to tend.

What Christian in Corporate is
Christian in Corporate is a marketplace discipleship movement for believers in secular workplaces. Not a networking group. Not a motivational brand. A place to be formed, through prayer, teaching and community, until your work becomes an expression of your commission rather than a compromise of it.

You already carry the advantage. You were already given the assignment.
Both are already given. Neither is being used.
The advantage, what you carry
- The Holy Spirit is not decoration, it is a differential. How you handle pressure, politics and people should be visibly different.
- God intends the work of your hands to prosper. Ambition is not the enemy of obedience.
- Your seat is not neutral ground, it is a platform and a pulpit. A platform because God grows you there; a pulpit because you are heard there.

The assignment, what you were sent for
- Win souls. The Great Commission does not pause between nine and five.
- Live righteously, and pull others into righteousness.
- Restore the kingdoms of the earth, that they become the kingdoms of our Lord.
- Take Christ into every space you are given.
"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us."

The gap is not between belief and unbelief. It is between what is carried and what is used.
None of it is wilful.
Monday comes, and something is left at the door. Not a believer's salvation, their operating reality. And almost none of the reasons are rebellion.
What is not known
That work carries a mandate at all. The Kingdom agenda over a sector. Who you actually are in Christ, the delegated authority already held. Nobody ever framed it this way.
What is not practised
Prayer as emergency, not as posture. No intercession over your own sphere. Church on Sunday and work on Monday, sealed off from each other. Nobody said this sphere was yours to pray over.
What is felt
Fear of being seen as religious, difficult or naive. Isolation, the sense that nobody here would understand. Complacency, seeing no one else do it, so not doing it either. Unchallenged, it hardens into silence.
This is not a rebellion problem. It's an awareness problem, which means it can be answered.
Gather, equip, mobilise
A journey a believer moves through, not a menu. Each movement answers something the diagnosis named.
Gather, unto the Lord
Industry by industry, believers find each other. You are not the only one in your building, and you stop operating as though you are. This answers isolation.
Equip, by the Lord
Scripture, doctrine, prayer and instruction. Depth that holds under pressure, scriptural stature, not enthusiasm. This answers what is not known.
Mobilise, for the Lord
Named, sent and deployed. We do not pray and walk away, prayer ends in an action plan, with someone accountable for it. This answers fear and complacency.
Not a content brand that prays. A house that knows God, and moves.

Gather an industry, diagnose what is actually wrong in it, and leave with an action plan someone is accountable for. It does not have to be large, it has to be real.

A spiritual lens on a region, a company or a matter, counsel for leadership teams that take the unseen as seriously as the seen.

- Scriptural stature, doctrinal depth, foundations that hold under pressure.
- A consistent private life, a built habit of devotion. Structured, not occasional.
- A Kingdom lens, clear on the dominion mandate, and beginning to walk in it.
- Standing in the advantage, knows God is with them, and that they will do exploits.
In what they do with it
- Knows they are sent, an ambassador, a sent one, in the way that Jesus was sent.
- Represents Kingdom values, a citizen of heaven rather than a citizen of earth.
- Deployed, not employed, the seat is no longer a job; it is a posting.
- Stewarding the territory, actively working a Kingdom assignment in their mountain of influence.
And not one of them, a community of them.
